Muni Navratna Sagar ji was originally a resident of Rajgarh (Dhar, Madhya Pradesh). He was given the title of “Nandan of Malwa” and “Malav Bhushan”. He got injured while vihar from Vellore on Friday night, from there he was immediately taken to Chennai Apollo Hospital, where at 11.30 pm the doctors announced Gurudev's departure to heaven.

The Jain community has benefited much from the dedicated religious and rigorous devotion, Sangha service, and welfare of the revered Acharya Bhagwant, who worships the pure, unbroken, and unchangeable Sanyam. He is one of those Navratnas who illuminates for us the road of auspicious nature and behavior, inside whose aura we are now getting lit. We are unsure of how the Malwa virtue came to realize because we had a patron/ supporter such as the visionary and charitable Acharya Bhagwant Malvadhark Shri Chandrasagar Surishwar Maharaj. Before he departed, he gave us the Navratna, which was Malwa Bhushan Acharya Bhagwant Shri Navratnasagar Surji, who was patient and calm. He has selflessly given his Aashirwad to each and every person.
